Funds focus: Speculative positioning has been improving
Since the publication of the last COTRs covering the week to October 22 for Comex copper and the week to October 18 for the LME metals, we believe speculative length has improved further as a rise in the value of the LMEX alongside an increase in index-weighted open interest suggests that long position building has been the dominant theme.
