Cyber-attack dents Hydro’s Q1 earnings: European Market Analysis - Extrusions

German extrusions output growth stagnates
In 2018, German produced 579kt of aluminium extrusions, of which around 20% was exported to other European countries. During Q1, Germany produced 149kt of extrusions, which combined with the countrys FRP output for the period, lead to an overall increase of just 0.3%.
