Brazilian pig iron exports revive further in June: South America Market Analysis
The month-on-month rise in export volumes was attributed mostly to Asia-bound sales.
As our first chart alongside illustrates, export volumes of merchant pig iron (MPI) from Brazil increased further last month, by 30% to 252,689 tonnes. This includes basic pig iron, along with foundry and nodular grades.
