US extrusion shipments show clear pullback in March

Data published by the Aluminum Association indicates that North American shipments of extruded products fell by 5.5% year-on-year during March. Shipments during the year to date basis were off by a more modest 1.5% (to 1.367m lbs), after a 21-consecutive month period of growth came to an end in February.
