The downturn in Chinese ferro-silicon prices continues as production resumes post-environmental inspection, while demand sees a seasonal slowdown. Greater reluctance among consumers and buyers to make significant purchases ahead of fourth-quarter negotiations, has put downward pressure on Chinese FeSi prices, at a time when supply has resumed in Ningxia province.
