Supply/Demand Fundamentals: The European steel markets remain oversupplied owing to lower than expected orders. The financial woes of the EU remain unresolved.
Price Implications: Prices have remained in a sideways trend, although given the demand outlook for the remainder of the third quarter, MBR believe there is more scope for further declines.
