Nickel price forecast revised higher: Nickel - Market Analysis

Nickel prices still look strong. Our forecasts were bullish, but not bullish enough. We have made upward revisions to Q1 and Q2 2010 this week.

Stocks falling steadily now

LME stocks continue to decline at an average rate of 200-300 tpd, as they have done since early February. The total has now dropped to 157,368 tonnes, down 9,108 tonnes of 5.5% since their peak in early February.

Drawdowns may even accelerate in the coming weeks
