Outokumpu to start ramping back, slowly: Nickel highlights

The big news of the week was Outokumpus announcement that it will ramp stainless steel production up from 50-60% to 60-70% for Q4. It said the reduction of inventories by distributors and end-users seems to have ended and the recent increase in the nickel price has triggered some purchasing activity.
