Chinese miners up coal prices: Coking Coal Analysis
Coal miners in China's main coal-producing province of Shanxi have pushed up their prices once again this week.
Coal miners in Chinas main coal-producing province of Shanxi have pushed up their prices once again this week. The spread has also widened from Rmb100/tonne to Rmb200/tonne. In Shanxi, hard coking coal is now trading at Rmb1,800-2,000/tonne ($259-303/tonne) delivered, rising by up to Rmb300/tonne ($43/tonne) from Rmb1,600-1,700/tonne ($227-243/tonne) last week.
